These lists are generated via the tech_news_weekly_stats.sh script, whose output is curated by Tech News volunteers to filter out routine requests concerning Wikimedia technical infrastructure (e.g. account and project creations for volunteer developers, bot-created tasks, etc.) and clarify language, remove obscure jargon, etc.
